Tankless Water Heater Repair Northwest Arkansas
Our specialty is water heaters!
A tankless water heater does not have a storage tank. It heats water directly.
When you turn on your hot water faucet, cold water will travel through a pipe
into the unit. Either a gas burner or an electric element heats the water as it
passes through a heat exchanger. Tankless water heaters deliver an “on-
demand” and constant supply of hot water. When the hot water faucet is shut
off, the cold water will stop traveling into the tankless water heater until the
next time it is needed, thereby eliminating the wait time for a tank water
heater to fill up water and be heated. However, the output of a tankless water
heater is limited by the flow rate. Generally, they will provide hot water at a
rate of 2-5 gallons per minute. This can cause a problem if there are several
high water demands at the same time, ie. showers, dishwasher, or clothes
washer. One solution for this is to install a separate tankless water heater for
each high demand application. At Performance Plumbing, we specialize in
tankless water heater repair, so our technicians can help answer your
questions: Tank or tankless, gas or electric?
Tankless Water Heater Repair For Gas and Electric Systems

points to consider:
Advantages of Electric Water Heater:
•

•
Less expensive to install due to gas line venting requirements
•
More efficient
